Preconditions:

1. Any Notebook (Jupyter/Rstudio/Zeppelin) is created on GCP

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Dataproc
2. Click Dataproc name popup

Actual result:

1. Value of master instance number is '0'

Expected result:

1. Value of master instance number is '1'
