Description

Preconditions:

1. Billing is available on DataLab Web UI

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to 'Billing report' page
2. Filter by resource name

Actual result:

1. Grid value is not filtered by 'Resource name'

Expected result:

1. Grid value is filtered by 'Resource name'
