Description

Preconditions:

1. Custom image is created from notebook

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create notebook from custom image

Actual result:

1. Error appears: 'Could not create exploratory environment Rs-fromami for user [e-mail]: null'

Expected result:

1. The error does not appear
2. Notebook is in 'creating' status
