Description

Preconditions:

1. Project1 is created from endpoint1
2. Project1 is terminated

Steps to reproduce:

1. Disconnect endpoint1

Actual result:

1.  Project1 changes its status from 'terminated' to 'terminating'

Expected result:

1.  Project1 does not change its status from 'terminated' to 'terminating'
