Description

Preconditions:

1. Notebook is in creating status

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to 'Environment management' menu
2. Click action menu for edge
3. Click stop action

 

Actual result:

Stop action is enabled

 

Expected result:

Stop action is disabled
