Description

Preconditions:

1. Spark cluster is created on Jupyter

Steps to reproduce:

1. Reconfigure spark on spark cluster

Actual result:

1. Spark cluster is stuck in 'Reconfiguring' status

Expected result:

1. Spark cluster changes its status from  'Reconfiguring' to 'Running'
