Description

As a potential user I want try DataLab usage in order to study it better and to know if it is acceptable for me, so that I do not waste money and time for deployment for cognitive purpose.

 This ticket is done, however there are a lot of tasks/bugs/improvement which are related to this ticket and top of that this ticket is in github issue.
