Description

Preconditions:

1. Billing is availabe in DLab

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to 'Billing report' page
2. Filter by values of service(AWS)/product(GCP)/resource type (Azure)
3. click icon aply filter

Actual result:

1. Billing report is not filtered by  values of service/product

Expected result:

1. Billing report is not filtered by  values of service/product

   Also filter does not work by 'Shared resource' in Project column for all clouds.
