Description

As a user I want to use Grafana, so that I can monitor and troubleshoot the cluster performance.

Acceptance criteria:

1. "Grafana" link should be on cluster name popup
2. If user clicks on "Grafana" link the window of Grafana metrics dashboard will be opened in new tab
