Fix unit tests under Windows

    Description

      We want to run unit tests under Windows to make sure DataFu works with Windows. Attach patch (based on both master and 1.2.0 branch) to make unit tests pass under Windows. I tested with Hadoop 2.4.0 (which require DATAFU-58). Apache Hadoop 1.x does not work with Windows out of box so I didn't test for that.
