Description

.asf.yml recently added support for configuring the GitHub autolink feature. By enabling this feature, commit messages and comments in GitHub that contain the pattern DAFFODIL-XYZ will autolink to the Jira bug. A trivial enhancement but is quick to make and makes our lives just a little bit easier when referencing bugs.
