Major Description
The interaction between the DaffodilUnparseContentHandler and the SAXInfosetInputter is fairly complex because of their use of coroutines, and needs better documentation to make it more clear. Additionally, with some minor changes we can simplify the implementation a bit and remove some edge cases an simplify some logic.
