[DAFFODIL-1798] Left over data message is confusing when less then one byte is left over

Description

When there is left over data of less than one byte, we get an error message like this:

{quote}Left over data. 3 bytes available. Location: byte 3 limit(bytes) 3{quote}

That does not make it clear where the data ended, partly due to the use of bytes, but also partly do to the limit stuff. This should be cleaned up to be more clear.
