Description

A while back the files Parser and PState were moved into the processors.parsers directory, but their package statements were never updated.

Eclipse becomes entirely unmanageable if the file directory structure and package names don't align.

Needs to be fixed or Eclipse becomes unusable. Ex you can't put break points in parsers that are in the mis-located/mis-named package such as AltCompParser.
