Description

We are on xerces 2.10.0. Version 2.11.0 has been at MVNrepository since Feb 2013, so we are out of date.

We need to keep current on this, and the other libraries we depend on, as others will have difficulty integrating daffodil into their software due to these back-rev dependent libraries.
