Description

Need to fix this "mystery jar" problem. The calabash-server still has a source file that is a jar that we have no source code for, nor any other place to get it online:

calabash-server/lib/calabash-1.0.18-95-jwcranford-api-6-gaac832d-debug.jar

I believe the right course of action here is to just port the whole thing forward to the latest xmlcalabash, possibly with some of Jonathan Cranford's extensions that are in this jar.

But alternatively, Jonathan's changes are supposedly on a branch of the xmlcalabash project. If we could reproduce the jar from there that would also be sufficient.
