Major Description
We need a schema that is available to include/import which pre-defines a named format which has a reasonable starting value for most properties.
This task depends on multi-schema file support (a separate task)
Note that an example of one has been supplied as an example by IBM - (this task is about picking a place for these to go, and providing at least one, plus a test that uses it and shows that it is working to supply properties and escape scheme)
