Description

In the page http://commons.apache.org/daemon/procrun.html, it says that the default log path is "working path", and default prefix is jakarta_service. The code does differently. It use <system dir>\LogFiles as the default log path. Also, the prefix becomes the actual log filename instead of a real prefix.
