Description

The RxJava 3.0 is already  in RC1 stage (https://github.com/ReactiveX/RxJava/releases/tag/v3.0.0), we should be able support it on the reactive invocation handler side. The breaking changes: https://github.com/ReactiveX/RxJava/wiki/What's-different-in-3.0
