Description

Since the latest version jaeger(io.jaegertracing:jaeger-client) and brave opentracing bridge(io.opentracing.brave:brave-opentracing) depend on 0.31.0 opentracing both, depends on 0.30.0 opentracing make cxf-integration-tracing-opentracing could not integrate with new version jaeger and zipkin client. It's time to upgrade to 0.31.0 to catch up with the trend.
