Description

This was discovered by Adrian: if a fault occurs during the JAX-RS outbound chain initiating the redirection and the view resources (JSP or other ones) call HttpServletResponse.getWriter() then, when CXF reports the failure, IllegalStateException will be thrown from AbstractHttpDestination.
