Description

Today we have cxf:list-endpoints to list all the CXF web services

cxf:list-endpoints 
Name                      State      Address                                                      BusID                                   
[HelloWorldImplPort     ] [Started ] [/HelloWorld                                               ] [examples.soap-cxf1649827064]

we can only see the relative address if using http-osgi transport, it would be great we add an option like --full which we can get full service address like
http://localhost:8181/cxf/HelloWorld
