i.e. Jetty has the sendServerVersion option. A bean to set that would be nice.

BTW: the online manual displays "org.mortbay.jetty" instead of "org.eclipse.jetty.server" in the config examples (http://cxf.apache.org/docs/jetty-configuration.html).
