[CXF-4019] wsdl2js creates code which when run causes error: 'returnObject' is undefined

Description

I run wsdl2js.bat from cxf 2.5.1 against my wsdl and xsd and it executes correctly without error. When I try and use the javascript code generated I get the error: 'returnObject' is undefined. The specific function that failed was webservices__GetFacilitiesResponse_deserializeResponse().

When I run wsdl2js.bat from cxf 2.4.3 I get a null pointer exception (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-3891), but once I "fixed" that and was able to get wsdl2js.bat to run without error that code was usable without error or exception.
