Description

RetransmissionQueueTest (in systests/ws/rm) is not simulating a transmission error correctly to test the condition that is supposed to be tested..

This needs to be fixed and the test should also include the assertion to verify whether the message is indeed queued and a short time later it is removed from the queue.
