Minor Description
This bug affects endpoints, which have schema validation enabled and also contain a wsdlLocation. If a schema of the WSDL holds a reference to a DTD, the resolution of the DTD fails. These results in the fact that schema validation is repealed. This issue has already been raised on the mailing list (cf. http://cxf.547215.n5.nabble.com/SAXException-resolving-resource-http-www-w3-org-2001-XMLSchema-dtd-td551217.html and http://cxf.547215.n5.nabble.com/SAXException-resolving-resource-http-www-w3-org-2001-XMLSchema-dtd-td3200050.html , respectively).

I attach a test case to this issue. Please note that the test case passes, since it is not possible to check this error with any asserts on the client side. However, you will see the stacktrace raised by the service.
