Description

Support dynamic control of JMSConfigFeatures like concurrentConsumers, maxConcurrentConsumers, maxSuspendedContinuations, and reconnectPercentOfMax via JMX. This would allow one to stop a service, modify some of these properties, and subsequently restart the service all via JMX without the need to modify a config file and redeploy the service.
