Description

Despite CURATOR-700 and CURATOR-701, it is always a good to reduce ci time.

I tasted in my fork, and it reduces ci time from 140+ mins to 40+mins.

curator-test-zk38 and curator-test-zk37 spends only few mins less than unit tests.
