share TokenizerPTB with OpenNLP

    Description

      Should we move the TokenizerPTB (Tokenizer with Penn Tree Bank rules) back to OpenNLP? It seems fairly general enough to move back to the general community and perhaps share maintenance?
      If agress, this should link into an OpenNLP jira.
