Minor Description
The dependency tree for ctakes is a mess. The poms are much larger and more confusing than they need be.
dependencies are unnecessarily declared when another dependency contains the same.
ctakes-clinical-pipeline has dependencies that are not actually required for the c-p, but rather it is the other way around. For instance coref, temporal, ytex.
