Description

ctakes-clinical-pipeline does not require/use drug-ner, ytex, ytex-res, ytex-uima, constituency-parser, coreference. However, they are all declared as dependencies.

This may have been done to make something?? easier in the past, but it is not the correct way to handle things. 3rd parties are adding clinical-pipeline as a dependency and ending up with 250MB that they don't want / need.
