Orange Book is not the most recent and lucene index too old

    Description

      Update the lucene index containing data from the Orange Book to a more recent version of the Orange Book.

      And in the process use the same version of Lucene to create the index as the rest of cTAKES use, to fix this exception:

      Caused by: org.apache.lucene.index.IndexFormatTooOldException: Format version is not supported
