[CTAKES-14] TimeMention is missing feature for what is being manually annotated as "class"

Description

The TimeMention type is supposed to have a feature called "type" according to the type system diagram. But the feature does not appear in the type system

Verified 12/19/2012 that "timeClass" does exist in the branch being used for the 3.0-incubating build. closing. (After discussion this feature will be named "timeClass", rather than "type". Had previously been checked into trunk, verified it is on the 3.0 branch.)
