The Dependency parser <Name> is defined with a full specification of org.apache...
This led to some confusion when we couldn't see the dependency parser module in the CPE "Performance Report" dialog, until we finally followed the great long module name to its truly descriptive end.
All other modules have names without full prefixes, so the current name specification of the dependency module is inconsistent with the rest of ctakes. The prefix should be removed.
