Description
Users might think cTAKES is "really only doing pretty basic syntax level analyses"
(see http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/incubator-ctakes-user/201212.mbox/browser)
if they don't download the separate UMLS resource because the "toy" dictionary included with Apache cTAKES 3.0 is so small that text they process might not use any words from the toy dictionary and so no named entities are recognized.
I will update the readme to include a sample sentence that will show NEs being found, such as
"Patient took aspirin for knee pain"
The "toy" dictionary included with Apache cTAKES 3.0 includes the words aspirin, knee, and pain.
