Description
As the on-disk format has changed (for Range header support for attachments) extensive testing of db upgrades should be performed.
The Range upgrade occurs on compaction, so it should suffice to;
1) create a db with 1.0.x
2) upgrade to 1.1.0
3) compact
4) verify db
I will be working on scripts to automate as much as possible.
