    Description

      The windows build process has a hack at the end of configure.ac, which runs sed over libtool to fix the libname_spec option and remove the -link option. I suspect this is related to attempting to combine usage of libtool with erlang's cc.sh script we use; erlang's build process doesn't use libtool.
