Description

PUT /db/docid returns statusCode 201 (as documented) when created. It returns statusCode 200, however, when PUT is a new revision on an existing document.
Possible Resolution -
1) Augment Documentation to reflect behavior
2) Fix statusCode on all PUT operations to 201
