Description

As the title says. Tasks to be completed:

1. Complete release/couchdb_2.0 -> master PR on dch/glazier
2. Migrate the dch/glazier repo into the new ASF couchdb-glazier repo
3. Port couchdb/Makefile to work via gnuwin32 gnumake format done
4. Squash remaining bugs done, tests all pass now
5. Import and support WiX installer (Joan has for 1.x, needs updating for 2.0) done
