Minor Description
If you create / delete a database you are not allowed to, futon will make an extra request and show the code to the index page in a dialog as the request is forwarded to a login page, this is because jquery.couch.js doesnt specify the accept headers so couchdb assumed the request is being made from a using in the browser and not a http client
