Description

Implement a validation process to the creation of passwords, probably a bridge to commons-validation.

Note that it may not be enough to validate at the view layer as the model can be called through xmlrpc. It needs to be done at the model layer.

For instance:
Minimum 7 character password length
Password must contain at least 1 alpha and 1 numeric character
