[CONTINUUM-2014] Release Result tab has no "Release Execution Output" for release:perform operation

Description

When doing a "Release" in Continuum the the maven console output is store in a txt file in the release-output-directory directory.

the release:prepare operation generates a txt file with the whole maven output --> OK
the release:perform operation generates an empty file --> NOK
