Need to update docs for changes in CONTINUUM-1572

• update screen shot on http://continuum.apache.org/docs/1.2.2/user_guides/release/prepare.html to show build env selection

• maybe mention it on http://continuum.apache.org/docs/1.2.2/administrator_guides/profiles.html (and rename the page?)
