JIRA Repository fails to remove deleted issues

    Description

      Jira 8 responds with HTTP response Code 404 for deleted issues.

      Similar to CONNECTORS-1697, the repository connector fails to process the 404 error correctly. Instead it raises an IOException, that is treated as a recoverable error.
