[CONNECTORS-1216] core/collection name must not be empty

Description

Since users have to create new core with identified name from 5x, we have to input tentative dummy name to core/collection name in this connection to avoid empty name. Otherwise, the OOTB ingestion fails. Nevertheless, SolrPing has passed without core name.
