[CONNECTORS-1033] Locks being thrown by IncrementalIngester include those of the form "null:xxxxx"

Description

I'm seeing zookeeper logs indicating that we're throwing locks that have the form "null:<hexstring>". These seem to be coming from the URI hash lock in incremental ingester, but I can't see how the connection name could be null. We have to fix this obviously.
