Description

1. Took source code from "https://github.com/apache/commons-configuration/tree/CONFIGURATION_2_1_1"
2. Trying to build using "mvn clean install"
3. Got the below error:
   [ERROR] Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-install-plugin:2.5.2 or one of its
   dependencies could not be resolved: Could not find artifact org.apache.maven.pl
   ugins:maven-install-plugin:jar:2.5.2"
