Description

With the Maven 1.0 release, the custom site.jsl used by the jakarta commons
site creates the left navigation bar incorrectly. The directory image
indicating a menu item has subitems is not being displayed.

I copied the site.jsl from the current maven-xdoc-plugin and made the
navigation changes neccessary to show all the jakarta-commons navigation. This
remedied the directory images.
