      This change to commons-parent: http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/commons/proper/commons-parent/trunk/pom.xml?r1=1833874&r2=1833926

      caused an incompatible bundle symbolic name to be generated for commons-lang. The change should be reverted or the commons-lang Build needs to be fixed in a way that the bundle symbolic name is generated correctly again. See also LANG-1419.
