Description

When attempting to commit the releases, the commons-release-plugin attempts to add ./RELEASE-NOTES.txt} to the staging repo (which is outside the svn directory structure) as opposed to the RELEASE-NOTES in {{./target/commons-release-plugin/scm/RELEASE-NOTES.txt.
